1. MASTERY

2. MARKETING

Here is where you start to turn up the cashflow and take charge of your growth. Installing the ABoS Marketing Systems will fall in line with our very clear and yet powerful definition of marketing – Profitably Buying Lifetime Customers. This means that our formula only works where your marketing is an investment and every $1 out means more than that back in extra profits.

Through the ABoS Testing and Measuring Systems your marketing will go from a cost center to become an investment where ROAS or Return on Ad Spend is something you celebrate regularly.

All the Playbooks and Strategy Cards relate back to this one formula where you will install the systems to multiply your bottom line. There are 5 key multipliers and simply put each of them has more than 70 or 80 strategy cards defined for you to use and follow as you install ABoS.

3. SYSTEMS

In the ABoS installation Systems stands for Save Your Self Time Energy and Money and is all about the “That Works” part of the Commercial Profitable Enterprise that Works Without You definition of a business.

With the ABoS installation essentially, we will coach you to build the systems, the systems will then run the business, and your team will run the systems. This allows for far more predictability as you scale and grow. Your job is to manage and lead the team as they run the systems.

The first four of the nine ABoS steps at this level are all about you setting a clear direction for the business. Coaching you through the Playbooks for your Vision, Mission, Values and Company Goals will give you the clarity you need to build an organization that can achieve them.

4. TEAM

Together Everyone Achieves More is the theme of the ABoS team installation and as you build your people, they build your business. To build a business that can grow without you and give you the freedom you deserve, you need a team that can achieve the results with or without you.

There are 6 Keys to a Winning Team and as you install each and every Key, the Management Systems (competency and productivity), the Leadership Systems (passion and focus) and your team grows over time you will have more and more trust in their ability to handle it all on their own.

It starts with you and Strong Leadership, from the Leadership Framework to your leadership skills and then leadership personality style, you get to build the team your way. The Common Goal is the next step in the ABoS Playbook and has to be something everybody on the knows and also everyone believes in and wins from.

That leads to an established Culture document and what we refer to as your team’s Rules of the Game, so that when you go to Key 4 the Action Plan, everyone knows who does what by when.

Keys 5 and 6 are a little harder to understand logically but as you are growing and trying new things it will be vital to Support Risk Taking and practice 100% Involvement and Inclusion on the team.

We cannot forget about constant learning. Growing and developing new understandings and skills is part of a winning team.

5. SCALE

Here you will go from percentage growth to multiplied growth. The 5 Disciplines all work together and when functioning at their peak to produce a level of exponential growth. All 5 are broken down in the ABoS System into 4 or 5 major functions and with 537 Strategy Cards and multiple Playbooks your growth will be well structured and planned.

Strategy, Business Development, People, Execution and Mission all take on new meaning when you are growing at scale. Whether it is you or a management team growing your company at this level, the growth has to be funded, balanced and most importantly based on great people building a great company, and that should always include a great coach.

Finally we get to the 6th level.

6. FREEDOM

Building a Commercial, Profitable Enterprise that Works without You. Remember that back at the beginning, our definition of a business is now about building something you can sell or at the very least something you can choose to sell should you ever want to. Every business owner has an Exit at some point, unfortunately far too many end up just shutting it down due to illness of themselves or illness of the business.

Of course, with ABoS we want to make sure it is a planned Exit, one where the company can run without you or one where you can sell it as an asset to a strategic or financial buyer.
